Welcome to VoiSome. By downloading, installing, or using the VoiSome Android application, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, do not use VoiSome.

2. Service Description

VoiSome is a native Android app that lets you: Record voice notes Set reminder times Receive reminder notifications and pop-ups (where supported) Play, snooze, edit, export, and delete your recordings VoiSome currently stores data locally on your device and does not provide cloud synchronization.

3. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You agree to use VoiSome only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Recording Responsibility

You are solely responsible for compliance with audio-recording laws in your jurisdiction, including consent requirements and workplace/public recording restrictions.

5. User Content

Your recordings and note metadata are your responsibility. You must not use VoiSome to create, store, or distribute unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.

6. Permissions and Feature Availability

Some app features require Android permissions or special access settings, including microphone, notifications, exact alarms, and full-screen reminder pop-ups on supported Android versions. If you deny required access, parts of the app may not function as intended.

7. Device Compatibility

VoiSome is designed for supported Android devices and versions. Behavior may vary by device manufacturer settings (for example, battery/background restrictions affecting reminders).

8. Data Storage and Backups

Data is primarily stored locally in app storage. You are responsible for maintaining backups you require. We are not responsible for loss of local data caused by uninstall, device reset, OS behavior, or user actions.

9. Intellectual Property

VoiSome and its branding, design, and software components are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

VoiSome is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiSome and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including missed reminders, lost data, or business interruption.

12. Service and Terms Changes

We may modify app features or update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using VoiSome at any time by uninstalling the app. We may limit access to the app where legally required.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in competent courts unless otherwise required by consumer law.
